Reiki is an ancient healing system. Some believe that it stems from Atlantean times. However, one man , Dr Mikao Usui is credited with re-discovering this ancient healing system in the early 20th century in Japan. He passed his knowledge on and it has since found its way around the world. I am able to trace my healing lineage back to Dr Usui.

Reiki is a non-invasive hands-on healing system. The general definition of Reiki is "universal life force energy". This non-physical energy animates all living things and the healer channels ki, the life force energy that is all around us to the client.

Reiki can be used as a technique for stress reduction and relaxation. In today's fast paced world stress is a huge contributor to illness and disease. Reiki will help restore the balance within the body in a safe, powerful way.

Reiki is an holistic therapy and can help on all levels - spiritual, emotional, mental and physical.

Everyone can benefit from Reiki from babies to someone in their ninety's. No specific belief system is required other than a desire for greater well being.

Reiki is totally non-invasive and the client remains clothed at all times. The feeling of receiving a Reiki treatment is generally one of deep relaxation.

I offer healing on a one to one basis for people, animals and situations.
